Equipment Operator I

Job Summary
Our client, a leading distribution and supply chain company, is seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Equipment Operator for its Plainfield, IN facility. This role supports daily warehouse operations and requires hands-on experience operating multiple types of industrial equipment.

Location: Plainfield, IN
Schedule: Monday Friday, 9:00 AM 5:30 PM (subject to change based on business needs)
Contract Duration: Approximately 1,000 total hours (contract assignment)
Travel: None required

Key Responsibilities
- Operate Cherry Picker, Swing Reach, Stand-Up Forklift, and Sit-Down Forklift equipment
- Perform order picking and fulfillment duties
- Conduct load auditing and verification
- Wrap and stage pallets for outbound shipment
- Flex across various warehouse functions to meet operational demands and coverage needs
- Work independently while maintaining safety and productivity standards

Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated certification and hands-on experience operating Cherry Picker, Swing Reach, Stand-Up Forklift, and Sit-Down Forklift
- Prior industrial warehouse equipment experience clearly reflected on resume
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Willingness to complete an interview, conducted in person or by phone

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in high-volume distribution or fulfillment centers
- Familiarity with load auditing and quality verification processes
- Strong attention to detail and adaptability to changing schedules
