Move products, materials, or equipment between work areas
Inspect food products and follow (FIFO) first-in, first-out rotation of ingredients
Measure and weigh ingredients
Record operational or production data
Operate pumping systems
Follow work orders and instructions on recipe cards
Operate roasters, choppers, and other food processing equipment
Use of a handheld scan gun to issue material to jobs and move inventory in DEACOM
Assist Kettle Cooks when needed
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
Must be able to lift up to 50-65 pounds up to four feet high without assistance.
Required to bend, stoop, pull, and push in the performance of job duties.
