Warehouse Equipment Operator

Location: Sayreville, NJ (Onsite)
Duration: 4months

Schedule: Full-time, 1st Shift (Monday Friday, 7:00 AM 3:30 PM)

• Shifts may extend up to 12 hours based on business needs
• Mandatory 6-day work week during the first week of each month
• Overtime may be required

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Equipment Operator to support warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has experience operating Raymond Reach Trucks and other warehouse equipment while performing put-away, replenishment, and order picking tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate Raymond Reach Trucks, counterbalance forklifts, cherry pickers, and double blade pallet jacks
• Perform put-away, replenishment, and picking operations
• Use RF scanners for inventory and order processing
• Follow computer-generated picking instructions using a headset
• Maintain safe and efficient warehouse operations
• Work in a physically demanding, non-temperature-controlled warehouse environment

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years of Raymond Reach Truck operating experience
• Minimum 1 year of experience using RF scanners
• Experience with I-Warehouse machines
• Counterbalance forklift operating experience
• Experience operating double blade pallet jacks
• General warehouse experience
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to wear a headset for English-language picking instructions
• Steel toe boots required
• Resume must include complete employment history with any gaps explained
