Full Job Description

We are seeking experienced Warehouse Equipment Operators to join our team. This role is primarily focused on operating Raymond Reach Trucks, counterbalance forklifts, double blade pallet jacks, and cherry pickers in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Core Duties
Operate Raymond Reach Trucks and I-Warehouse machines
Operate a counterbalance forklift
Operate double blade pallet jacks
Operate cherry pickers
Perform put-away, replenishment, and picking operations
Use RF scanners for inventory tasks
Wear and use a headset for computer-generated picking instructions (instructions provided in English only)
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of Raymond Reach Truck operating experience (2+ years preferred)
Experience with I-Warehouse machines
1+ year of experience using RF scanners
Ability to operate a counterbalance forklift
Experience with double blade pallet jacks
Proficient in reach trucks and cherry pickers
General warehouse experience required
Pallet jack experience is a plus
Must have reliable transportation

Steel toe boots required
Work Environment
Work environment is not temperature controlled

Interview Process
1.Assessment of basic computer literacy skills
2.Closed-door interview session
3.Plant walk-through and discussion with interviewers
4.Hands-on test (candidate will be asked if comfortable before proceeding)
