Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and safety-conscious Stock picker Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience operating specialty equipment or serving as a certified signal person on construction or industrial job sites. This position requires strong communication, precision, and knowledge of safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor specialty construction equipment (e.g., cranes, hoists, forklifts, or excavators) or act as the signal person directing such equipment.

• Interpret and use hand signals and radio communication to guide crane or heavy equipment operators safely and efficiently.

• Conduct daily equipment inspections and perform basic maintenance.

• Work closely with ground crews and site supervisors to ensure job site safety.

• Follow OSHA regulations and site-specific safety protocols at all times.

• Assist with site preparation, rigging, and load securing as needed.

• Maintain logs and documentation for equipment use and inspections.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as an SP Operator or Signal Person in a construction or industrial setting.

• Knowledge of loading experience

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Physically fit and able to work in outdoor and sometimes hazardous environments.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Skills:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
