Location Kent, WA

Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 1st Shift, 5 AM - 1:30 PM | 2nd Shift, 1:30 PM - 9:30 PM

This is what it takes to work for us:

• Previous experience operating Reach Trucks and/or Side Loaders (required)
• Forklift experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment
• Experience working in freezer or cold-storage environments preferred
• Familiarity with RF scanners and inventory tracking systems
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and accuracy
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and a positive attitude
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or flexible schedules as needed
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in cold temperatures and at heights while operating equipment
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods

This is what you'll do:

• Safely operate Reach Trucks, Side Loaders, Forklifts, and Pallet Jacks
• Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers accurately and efficiently
• Move, stage, and store inventory throughout the warehouse
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Perform shrink wrapping, boxing, and other shipping preparation tasks
• Use RF scanners to track inventory movement and maintain accurate records
• Verify products against purchase orders, work orders, and shipping documents
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure products are damage-free and shipment-ready
• Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock reconciliation
• Secure loads properly before transport and storage
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures, GMP standards, and company policies
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Support other warehouse departments and operational needs as required
