The Equipment Operator will primarily handle agricultural and material handling equipment in agricultural fields and shop environments. Reporting to the Location Manager, this role involves operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting heavy machinery essential to daily operations. The successful candidate will support smooth equipment setup and maintain accurate records of equipment usage and maintenance.
Responsibilities
Operate agricultural and material handling equipment safely and efficiently
Perform routine maintenance and mechanical troubleshooting on equipment
Set up equipment according to operational requirements
Keep detailed records of equipment operation and maintenance activities
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow
Preferred Qualifications
Willingness to provide training to the right applicant
High school diploma or equivalent
Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
Experience with heavy machinery operation
Mechanical troubleshooting skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Attention to detail and effective time management
