Equipment Operator

Position Summary:As an Equipment operator, you will operate heavy equipment to move materials from one location to another.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:You will operate the Skid Steer, bucket loader and tractor trailer throughout the property as follows:

Move chips from a trailer to a silo using the skid steer.Transport the chips in the tractor trailer from the yard to the silos.Must work Overtime during winter months as required.Transport hazardous waste.Perform mechanical repairs to equipment as needed.Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred but not required.Minimum one (1) year experience of operating equipment.Valid driver's license required.

Must be able to work effectively with other team members.

Must be able to walk, stand, climb, crawl, and lift heavy objects.

Compensation:The hourly rate for this position ranges from $21 to $25, depending on experience.
