Hiring: Equipment Coordinator
Location: Plymouth, MN - 55442
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and organize COTS (Commercial Off-The-Shelf) and custom machine components
Track outstanding parts and ensure timely material availability for assembly
Consolidate and stage components for machine builds and assembly readiness
Prepare and organize documentation including schematics, TLAs, and work instructions
Coordinate between technicians, machine shop teams, and requesters to resolve missing or incorrect parts issues
Package, crate, and pallet completed kits for shipment
Notify internal teams when builds are complete and ready for delivery
Qualifications:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
Mechanically inclined with general technical understanding preferred
Basic SolidWorks knowledge preferred
