Equipment Operator

FieldBridge is looking for a Cementing Oil & Gas Field Equipment Operator in Strasburg, OH to work for the world's largest oilfield services company. We offer weekly pay + benefits.

Pay is $18.00–$21.00/hour | 15x6 Rotation | Weekly pay every Friday | Overtime expected | At $21/hr and 50 hrs/week, earn weekly paychecks of $1,155 gross.

Important Notes:

• CDL preferred but not required for local candidates — operators will ride along with CDL-holding crew members while obtaining their CDL
• CDL required for non-local candidates
• Non-local candidates welcome: housing, flights, and $15/day per diem provided

Position Overview:
The Cementing Oil & Gas Field Equipment Operator is responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and reliable cementing services to customers in oilfield operations. This role supports field and maintenance crews in preparing and operating high-pressure cementing equipment. The operator identifies opportunities to improve service delivery while maintaining strict adherence to HSE standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate high-pressure cementing pumps, articulated bulk trucks, gooseneck iron/hose trailers, and field bulk equipment according to competency level and job requirements
• Prepare equipment for rig-up and rig-down; maintain equipment in safe, functional working order and report deviations
• Participate in pre-job and Toolbox meetings with crew members
• Ensure job deliverables are accurate and completed on time
• Wear required PPE, observe all HSE policies, and maintain up-to-date safety training

Required Qualifications:

• Experience operating oilfield cementing or related heavy field equipment
• CDL preferred for local candidates; CDL required for non-local candidates
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and HSE compliance
• Ability to work a 15x6 rotation schedule
• Physically capable of field operations in oilfield environments
