FieldBridge seeks an Oilfield Cementing Class A CDL Equipment Operator to work for the world's largest oilfield service company in Strasburg, OH
Pay/Schedule: $18.00–$21.00/hr (DOE) | 15 Days ON / 5 Days OFF | 12-Hour Shifts | Weekly Pay Every Friday | OT Opportunity Available | At $21.00/hr working 12-hr shifts (84 hrs/week) for example, earn weekly paychecks of approximately $2,226 gross.

Position Overview
FieldBridge is looking for a Cementing Oilfield Equipment Operator in Strasburg, OH. This field-based role is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of high-pressure cementing equipment, bulk trucks, and field bulk systems in support of oilfield cementing services. The ideal candidate has hands-on field equipment experience, a strong safety mindset, and either holds a CDL or is actively working toward obtaining one. Housing, flights, and per diem are provided for non-local candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate high-pressure cementing pumps, articulated bulk trucks, gooseneck iron/hose trailers, and field bulk equipment according to competency level and job requirements
- Prepare equipment for rig-up and rig-down; maintain equipment in safe, working order and report any problems or deviations
- Participate in pre-job planning and Toolbox meetings with crew members
- Ensure all job deliverables are accurate and completed on time
- Wear required PPE and strictly observe all HSE policies and safety training requirements
- Assist field and maintenance crews with equipment preparation and service delivery improvements
Required Qualifications
- CDL preferred for local candidates (will ride along with CDL operators while obtaining CDL); CDL required for non-local candidates
- Prior experience in oilfield field operations or heavy equipment operation preferred
- Strong commitment to safety and HSE compliance
- Ability to work in physically demanding, outdoor field environments
