About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Equipment Operator to join our client's team in the heavy industrial sector. In this role, you will contribute to delivering safe, efficient, and reliable service delivery to customers, identifying opportunities to improve service delivery, and assisting field and maintenance crews with preparing equipment for operations.
Responsibilities
- Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
- Participate in pre-job and Toolbox meetings with crew members.
- Maintain good, safe working order of equipment according to standards, reporting problems or deviations.
- Ensure individual and crew work safety.
- Prepare equipment for rig up and rig down times.
- Operate the equipment according to competency level and job requirement.
- Wear PPE and observe HSE policies.
- Maintain the required safety training.
Requirements
- Experience in operating heavy industrial equipment.
- Strong commitment to safety and compliance with HSE policies.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Relevant certifications or training in equipment operation.
Preferred Qualifications (if any)
- Previous experience in a similar role within the heavy industrial sector.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and equipment maintenance procedures.
