Operating Hours:7:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday through Friday
What You’ll Do
- Prepare heavy machinery and equipment surfaces through sanding, grinding, and chemical cleaning
- Mask and protect equipment areas before painting
- Mix and apply primers, paints, and coatings using spray guns, brushes, or rollers
- Inspect finished surfaces for quality and perform touch-ups as needed
- Operate and maintain painting and safety equipment including spray booths and sand blasting booths
- Follow safety protocols and properly handle and dispose of hazardous materials
What You’ll Bring
- A high school diploma or GED (technical or trade school training preferred)
- At least 2 years of experience with surface prep and painting on large vehicles or machinery
- Strong knowledge of paint types, surface prep, and application methods
- Ability to read and follow technical manuals and safety data sheets
- A safety-focused mindset and ability to work thoroughly and independently
