Equipment Reliability Technician I–II

Location: Brownsburg & Whitestown, IN

Industry: Advanced manufacturing of next‑generation building materials made from recycled, 100% safe inputs—at industrial scale.

A day in the life

Start your shift on the production floor, walking the line with operators and engineers. You’ll check critical machines, listen for changes in bearing noise, verify temperatures and viscosity readings, and clear the day’s maintenance priorities. When a conveyor drifts out of spec, you adjust; when a motor shows wear, you plan the swap; when a jam threatens uptime, you troubleshoot with documentation in hand. Throughout the day, you collaborate with production, engineering, and plant leadership to keep complex systems running and to make them better.

As the company scales quickly—backed by customers and strong funding—people who take ownership advance fast. High performers grow into senior technician, engineering support, and leadership paths.

You’ll do all of this while working by the company’s core values: Purpose, Integrity, Progress, and Collaboration.
