In this role, you'll provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for all repair and calibration activities involving manufactured and vendor-supplied equipment. This role is responsible for managing the full life cycle of inbound and outbound product flow, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality operations that support revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Accountable for optimizing operational performance, improving financial outcomes, and enhancing the overall customer experience.
Key Tasks:
- Lead and direct all repair and calibration operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals while supporting revenue growth and customer satisfaction
- Oversee the full repair lifecycle, including inbound receipt, diagnosis, repair, testing, calibration, and outbound shipment
- Drive operational excellence through workflow optimization, visual management, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage financial performance of the repair center, including labor efficiency, overtime, material utilization, scrap/rework, and overhead
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 60+ associates, including supervisors and technicians, through structured performance management and development planning
- Oversee workforce planning, scheduling, attendance, payroll administration, and capacity planning
- Partner with Procurement, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to resolve technical issues and maintain operational continuity
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience to include functional expertise through experience and/or education in:
- Leading a Repair Center / Warehouse / Manufacturing facility
- Electronic Technology
- Demonstrated expertise in scheduling, workflow coordination, and performance management.
- Working knowledge of quality systems, safety programs, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proven ability to coach teams, resolve escalations, and collaborate cross-functionally.
Experience managing budgets, P&L drivers, and operational KPIs
Knowledge of OSHA, ISO, QFS, and 6S standards
