Parman Energy is seeking a motivated, energetic, and ambitiousEquipment Sales Representativeto recruit new light and medium duty construction equipmentcustomers in Columbia, TN and surrounding areas.The Equipment Sales Representative is responsible for generating new equipment and rental revenue and growing any assigned existing business in a fast-paced environmentand providing Totally Outrageous Customer Service (TOCS).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with large volume lease/rental customers
  • Provide weekly and monthly sales reports to management as required
  • Achieve lease/rental revenue, expense control, and profitability objectives

Job Requirements:

  • 2+ years of related experience in the heavy equipment industry and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • College education is desired, but not necessary
  • Excellent communication skills internally and externally
  • Be able to multi-task and meet deadlines, when necessary
  • Must have proficient computer skills to include electronic mail, Word and Excel; familiarity with CRM is a plus
  • MVR that meets company's insurability standards
