**Equipment Service Engineer

Location:** Woburn, MA | Type: Full-Time, Permanent

We are seeking a Equipment Service Engineer to provide remote customer support and hands-on field service for complex electro-mechanical renewable energy equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to customers via phone and email, including remote troubleshooting.
• Perform on-site troubleshooting, break/fix repairs, preventive maintenance, testing, and installation support.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and electro-mechanical equipment issues using appropriate tools and technical documentation.
• Coordinate replacement parts, inventory, and service fulfillment.
• Work with engineering and operations teams to resolve recurring equipment issues and improve product reliability.
• Maintain accurate service records and contribute to continuous-improvement initiatives.
• Travel within North America up to 15%.

Requirements:

• High school diploma with vocational/trade training or an Associate/Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electro-Mechanical, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial, HVAC, automotive, automation, renewable energy, or other complex electro-mechanical equipment.
• Strong customer service, communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read schematics, drawings, manuals, and technical documentation.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must be able to work onsite 5 days/week in Woburn, MA and travel up to 15%.
