Job Responsibilities
- Follow established procedures, safety practices, and emergency protocols.
- Disassemble, clean, and reassemble vessels, pumps, lines, and small parts.
- Provide clean and correctly set-up equipment to Formulation and Coating teams.
- Troubleshoot equipment and document any defects.
- Maintain a safe and organized work area.
- Handle solution returns and determine their disposition.
Requirements
- Some mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Ability to follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Basic computer interface skills.
- Capability to prioritize workload and adjust priorities as needed.
- Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift moderately heavy items consistently.
- Comfortable working in environments with chemical fumes and wet conditions.
Preferences
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
