Equipment Service Technician

Wood's CRW Corp., a second generation owned Construction Equipment Distributor, is seeking a qualified, experienced Equipment Service Technician to join our growing product support team servicing equipment at our Central Square, NY location. Our Service Technicians perform the necessary troubleshooting, service, maintenance, and repairs on various crane equipment. Salary range: $25 - $35 hourly rate depending on experience.Benefits include medical insurance upon hire, vacation and sick time, technical training, paid holidays, short-term disability insurance, and a 401(k) plan/profit sharing.Applicants offered a position with CRW are required to submit to a job-related pre-employment physical examination and a background check.

Job Qualifications:

-Possess a strong mechanical aptitude

-Comprehend and learn technical manuals

-Work effectively with company personnel and customers as well as work independently

-Possess excellent oral and written communication skills

-Document jobs on work orders with accuracy

-Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations

-Provide a set of basic tools

-Maintain and care for shop tools and equipment

-Hold a valid driver's license
