JOB OVERVIEWReeder Distributors Inc. is looking for a skilled Equipment Service Technician to join our team in Spring, TX. In this role, you'll ensure the smooth operation of our equipment by performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and conducting repairs. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Even if you don't have direct experience, a strong mechanical aptitude is highly valued, and we are happy to provide training.SHIFT AND SCHEDULEThis is a full-time, Monday through Friday position with flexibility to work overtime.COMPENSATION$20-25 per hour, depending on experience, paid weekly.LOCATIONSpring, TXEQUIPMENT SERVICE TECHNICIAN RESPONSIBILITIESPerform service/maintenance on various types of equipment to ensure optimal performance.Diagnose equipment malfunctions and determine appropriate corrective actions.Repair and replace defective parts, components, and systems as needed.
