Equipment Technician

We are seeking an Equipment Technician to perform equipment setups, maintenance, adjustments, and troubleshooting for lettershop production equipment. The Equipment Technician will help ensure production deadlines are met while maintaining high standards for quality and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up, maintain, adjust, and troubleshoot production equipment to ensure efficient operation.
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance, safety checks, and basic mechanical repairs.
- Diagnose equipment issues and complete repairs promptly, escalating complex problems as needed.
- Use hand and machine tools safely and effectively for equipment setup, maintenance, and repairs.
- Maintain accurate documentation while following all company safety, housekeeping, and operational procedures.

- Must have strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Must have ability to read, understand and execute job set-up instructions
- Must be team-oriented with a positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
