Qualifying Questions:

Summary:
Evaluates program and project requirements to develop complex equipment and tooling concepts and designs solutions for the Production System.
Compiles and analyzes technical data to determine effects on product engineering design and rate estimates.
Identifies robotics, automation or technology recommendations and system integration for equipment and tooling.
Ensures compliance with safety, producibility, maintainability, reliability, ergonomic factors and regulatory requirements.
Validates contractual performance milestones and maintains configuration control.
Conducts reviews and prepares plans for production readiness, preventative maintenance, and spares.
Conducts training for Production and Maintenance personnel on equipment and tooling.
Develops and implements work-arounds and maintains configuration of hardware, software and documentation.
Performs studies and makes recommendations for disposition of assets.
Requirements:
Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry.
3 or more years of experience working in an engineering discipline.
3 or more years of experience with production systems in a manufacturing or engineering capacity.
5 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred: Experience working in a production environment.
