Equity and Executive Benefits Analyst Position Type: Full Time, Exempt Employee Salary Range: $70,000 - $100,000 annually, DOE; may be eligible for bonus Location: This position based onsite at the Service Center in Midvale, UT. This position offers a hybrid work option after a 90-day probationary period (not fully remote). About the Company Ensign Services, Inc. About the Opportunity The Equity & Executive Benefits Analyst handles the day-to-day operations and administration of the company’s public equity program and Non-Qualified Deferred Compensation (NQDC) plan. This position ensures data accuracy across systems, processes equity transactions, supports annual deferred compensation enrollments, and serves as the primary day-to-day touchpoint for employee and executive inquiries. Key Responsibilities Equity Operations & Administration (approx. 60%)
Deferred Compensation Support (approx. 30%)
Reporting & Audit Support (approx. 10%)
