The building is conveniently located just a short walk from the Clarendon Metro Station on the Orange and Silver Lines (approximately 5-7 minutes). Parking is available in the garage located on Highland Ave. Please feel free to park in any space that is not labeled "Reserved."Once parked, take the elevator to the lobby and proceed to the clubroom to check in.

Leasing Consultant:
The Leasing Consultant utilizes proven sales techniques and customer service skills to manage the sales process, from start to finish; presenting Equity Residential communities in a compelling way, overcoming objections, building rapport with prospects and residents, and providing a high level of customer service to support lease renewals. This position reports to the Community Manager. Travel between assigned communities may be required.
Multisite Leasing Consultant:
A primary function of the Multi-Site Leasing Consultant role is to promote Equity Residentials brand for a defined set of communities to achieve maximum occupancy and revenue, as well as delivering a remarkable customer experience. The Multi-site Leasing Consultant spends approximately 60% of his/her time on new sales and tour management, 30% on resident relations and customer service and 10% on leasing administration. This position will utilize proven sales techniques and customer service skills to manage the sales process, from start to finish; presenting Equity Residential communities in a compelling way, building rapport with prospects and residents and providing a high level of customer service to support resident retention. This position will report to the Community Manager or Area Sales Manager. Travel between assigned communities is required.
