Customer Service Representative

The rare of pay will remain the same $20.00 hrly. and the title is Customer Service Rep. Temp staff duties are in call center and data entry.

= Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and project support for workforce development initiatives. This is a high-visibility role supporting leadership and program teams, requiring excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support for special initiatives and projects.
  • Assist with documentation, scheduling, reporting, and coordination of activities.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Apply knowledge of local, state, and federal laws, rules, and regulations related to workforce development.
  • Maintain organized records, files, and databases; prepare reports and correspondence as needed.
  • Support leadership in managing deadlines, deliverables, and program compliance requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external partners to ensure successful project execution.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent work experience).
  • Experience: 3-4 years of relevant administrative support or project coordination experience, preferably in workforce development or grant-funded programs.
  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and databases.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and maintain a positive outlook under tight deadlines.
  • Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation (occasional in-region or out-of-region travel may be required).

Work Environment & Physical Demands

This position requires standard office activities including sitting, typing, filing, and using office equipment. Occasional travel may be required. Reasonable accommodation may be provided for individuals with disabilities.
