What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality emergency nursing care in a fast-paced ED environment
• Perform IV starts and telemetry monitoring with proficiency
• Assist with patient assessments, stabilization, and treatment planning
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently using EPIC electronic health records
• Respond promptly to emergency situations, following hospital protocols
• Support patient education and provide compassionate care during night shifts

What You Need

• Valid RN license in Ohio or the ability to obtain one
• 2+ years ER experience, including tele monitoring knowledge
• 1+ year of travel RN experience preferred
• Certifications: BCLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS (must be current)
• Strong IV and telemetry skills
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to floating across ED units
