What You’ll Do

• Provide high-quality emergency care to adult patients in a fast-paced ER environment
• Proficiently perform IV starts and monitor telemetry
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Manage patient ratios of 1:4 in a busy emergency setting
• Follow protocols for stroke and pediatric emergencies using NIHSS and PALS
• Utilize EPIC electronic health record system for documentation
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during night shifts

What You Need

• Valid Ohio RN license
• Minimum 2 years of ED experience required
• 1 year of travel RN experience in emergency settings
• Proficiency in IV starts and telemetry monitoring
• Certifications: BCLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS
• Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills
