What Youll Do
Provide high-quality emergency care to adult patients in a fast-paced ER environment
Proficiently perform IV starts and monitor telemetry
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Manage patient ratios of 1:4 in a busy emergency setting
Follow protocols for stroke and pediatric emergencies using NIHSS and PALS
Utilize EPIC electronic health record system for documentation
Ensure patient safety and comfort during night shifts
What You Need
Valid Ohio RN license
Minimum 2 years of ED experience required
1 year of travel RN experience in emergency settings
Proficiency in IV starts and telemetry monitoring
Certifications: BCLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS
Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills
