Schedule: Day 4x12-Hour (11:00 - 23:00)/Night 4x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)
Specialty: ER RN
Shift: Nights/Mids rotation — 7:00 PM–7:00 AM / 11:00 AM–11:00 PM
Weekend: Every other weekend

Patient Ratio: 1:5
Local Candidates: Not accepted — 75-mile radius
License:NY RN License in hand required
Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS
Charting: EPIC experience required
Unit: 11-bed Medical ED with separate CPEP unit
CPEP: Evaluation area (up to 6 patients) + Extended Observation (up to 2 patients)
CPEP Staffing: RN, PCT, and CPEP Behavioral Health team when patients are present
Patient Flow: Patients are triaged and medically cleared before entering CPEP; may require labs/EKG
CPEP Coverage: Typically 6-hour blocks on days/mids; nights may cover 12-hour blocks
Security: Posted in ED
