What You’ll Do:

• Provide high-quality emergency care to patients in a fast-paced ER environment
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver timely treatment
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, administering medications and interventions as needed
• Document patient interactions accurately in Epic Electronic Medical Records
• Participate in unit call responsibilities and potential emergency team assignments
• Follow hospital protocols, including maintaining comfort and safety of patients
• Support coverage on weekends and floating to other floors as necessary

What You Need:

• Valid and current ACLS, PALS, CPI, BLS, and TNCC certifications
• Minimum of 2 years ER nursing experience in a fast-paced setting
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and adapt to emergency team assignments
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure
