What Youll Do:
Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to diverse patient populations
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in a fast-paced ER environment
Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Document patient information accurately and efficiently using EPIC electronic health records
Respond to emergencies with appropriate skill and urgency
Support a positive and safe environment, including compliance with all hospital policies and protocols
What You Need:
Active Louisiana RN license
Minimum of 2 years of ER nursing experience
Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIH, CPI (or willing to obtain onsite for $100)
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work weekends and consult on holidays as required
