What You’ll Do

• Provide high-quality emergency nursing care in a fast-paced ER environment
• Assess, triage, and prioritize patient needs efficiently
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document patient care accurately within electronic health records (Epic experience required)
• Respond effectively during emergency events and assist with relief teams when necessary
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols

What You Need
Required:

• Valid RN license to practice in Louisiana
• Minimum of 2 years ER nursing experience
• Epic EMR experience
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, CPI certifications

Preferred:

• Experience with emergency response in high-pressure situations
• Flexibility to work holidays (Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s) as needed
