Pay & Benefits

What You’ll Do

• Provide emergency nursing care in a fast-paced ER environment
• Assess and prioritize patient needs efficiently, maintaining a patient ratio of 1 to 4
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver high-quality patient care
• Administer medications, monitor patient responses, and update care plans accordingly
• Document patient information accurately in Epic EMR system
• Support patient education and provide emotional support during emergencies
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards

What You Need

• Valid licensure as an RN in Louisiana or the ability to obtain
• Minimum of 1 year of ER experience
• Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications (TNCC preferred)
• Strong clinical assessment skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
