The Staff Pad is partnering with a premier hospital in Manchester; TN, and we are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our client's Emergency Room team.<\/span><\/span>

What You’ll Do<\/span><\/span>

Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

• Provide direct and indirect patient care addressing psychosocial, physical, and overall patient needs<\/span><\/span>
  <\/li>
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team<\/span><\/span>
  <\/li>
• Deliver high -quality care with professionalism, initiative, and accountability under the supervision of the ER physician<\/span><\/span>
  <\/li>
• Assess, monitor, and respond to changing patient conditions<\/span><\/span>
  <\/li>
• Perform general nursing duties across departments within the scope of the RN license<\/span><\/span>
  <\/li>
• Accurately interpret EKGs, lab results, and other diagnostic information to support patient care<\/span><\/span>

  What We Are Looking For<\/span><\/span>

  Qualifications<\/span><\/span>
  <\/p>

  • Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing (RN) program<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Current Tennessee RN license<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • One year of hospital experience preferred<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical -thinking skills<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Proficiency in interpreting EKGs, laboratory results, and related diagnostics<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li><\/ul>
