ER RN | High Demand

The ER RN role in this high-demand environment requires skilled nurses to provide critical and timely emergency care in a fast-paced setting. This position involves independent and collaborative responsibilities within a supervisory team structure, managing patients ranging from moderate to high acuity. Nurses will work various shifts including mixed and night schedules with rotating weekends, contributing to a dynamic and supportive team while delivering essential care and patient education.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of acute care emergency nursing experience
• Associate Degree in Nursing
• Registered Nurse (RN) license

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in emergency nursing and triage
• Certification or knowledge in Cardiac Life Support and pediatric care
• Proficient patient assessment skills
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
• Strong critical thinking, communication, teamwork, and time management abilities

Shift Differentials: $4.25 for Nights.
