In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing nursing staff and ensuring the highest standards of care in both Med Surg and ER units. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining a supportive and efficient work environment.
Provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff in Med Surg and ER
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care
Implement and monitor patient care plans
Participate in staff training and development
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Requirements:
Current RN license
BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications
Experience in OB/Newborn Stabilization is a plus
Need 2 years experience in setting
