Registered Nurse (RN) Torrance,CA
Local Pay: $66.00/hour

Join our team and make a meaningful impact by delivering exceptional care in a professional healthcare setting. We're looking for a dedicated and compassionate healthcare professional who is committed to providing high-quality patient care.
RNs will be performing rapid triage, comprehensive patient assessments and stabilization, initiation of treatment plans, medication administration, cardiac monitoring, and assisting with emergency procedures for a diverse patient population presenting a wide range of acute illnesses and injuries, including minor to major, complex, traumatic, life-threatening conditions requiring emergent intubation, cardiac complaints, complex infections, psychiatric emergencies, and other resuscitation for life-saving care to critically injured patients.
Preferred RN experience with Cerner system documentation.
Assess patients' health conditions and develop individualized care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor patient progress and document assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.
Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions.
Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and medical emergencies.
Perform wound care, IV therapy, and other clinical procedures within scope of practice.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, infection control standards, and facility policies.
Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR).
Provide compassionate, patient-centered care while promoting safety and quality outcomes.
Minimum Qualifications
Current, valid, and unrestricted CA license/certification in good standing, as required for the position.
Minimum of one (1) year of recent Emergency Room nursing experience in a Level 1 Trauma Institution in a metropolitan city with a diverse population.
AHA BLS/ACLS/PALS, NIHSS Certification,
MAB or CPI, LA City Fire and Life Safety card (must be LA City),
Completion of the LA County Employee Health Clearance prior to the assignment start date.
Copy of current, completed Primary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.
Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., .BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test, or other client-specific requirements).
