ER Staff RN (FT, 1p-1a)

Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

Licensure/Certification: Must be licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Indiana.  Must be current in BLS/CPR.  Competent in ECG rhythm strip interpretation.  ACLS and PALS trained or obtains within one year from hire.  

Experience: N/A

Mental/Physical Effort: Requires close attention to detail and independent decision making. Requires alertness and skill. Makes pertinent decisions in relation to patient care. Requires resourcefulness in emergency situations. Work is normally performed in a sitting or standing position. Moderate walking is required. Requires periods of physical exertion and stamina to work effectively under adverse conditions. Use of good body mechanics is used when lifting and transferring patients.
