Core Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality veterinary care in both general practice and emergency settings.
  • Utilize advanced diagnostic tools, including an in-house laboratory, digital radiography (including dental), ultrasound, and a Snyder oxygen cage.
  • Perform a variety of advanced soft tissue surgeries using a CO2 laser.
  • Maintain seamless documentation through our electronic medical records system, Cornerstone.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team, including ER and ICU technicians, to ensure continuity of care.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • 1-3 years of veterinary experience preferred.
  • Interest in both general practice and surgical procedures is advantageous.
  • Active and in good standing Oregon Veterinary License.
  • Strong skills in surgery and emergency care are essential.
Working Conditions

Our emergency veterinarians manage hospitalized cases and outpatient emergencies, with opportunities to perform a wide range of advanced soft tissue surgeries. We offer a supportive environment with a 3:1 support staff-to-doctor ratio, ensuring our veterinarians can focus on providing excellent patient care. Our ER doctors work a rotating schedule of day, swing, and overnight shifts, averaging 10-14 shifts monthly.
