FBI Buildings is hiring experienced Construction Foremen and Crew Leaders to lead post-frame building projects throughout the Plymouth, IN area.

Responsibilities
- Lead construction crews on post-frame building projects
- Manage day-to-day jobsite operations
- Coordinate schedules, materials, and subcontractors
- Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and with high quality
- Train and mentor crew members
- Communicate professionally with customers and project teams
Qualifications
- Previous Foreman, Crew Lead, or construction leadership experience
- Experience in pole barns, post-frame, framing, or commercial construction preferred
- Ability to read plans and manage jobsite production
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Valid driver's license
