A leading international law firm is seeking an ERISA Litigation Associate Attorney to join its highly regarded Atlanta office.
This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in representing employers, plan sponsors, fiduciaries, insurers, and financial institutions in sophisticated ERISA, employee benefits, and fiduciary litigation matters.
• 3–6 years of ERISA, employee benefits, or complex litigation experience
• Experience with ERISA litigation, fiduciary duty claims, benefits disputes, or employee benefits-related litigation preferred
• Experience handling motion practice, discovery, depositions, and case strategy
• Experience advising employers, plan sponsors, fiduciaries, or insurers is a plus
• Familiarity with ERISA, health and welfare plans, retirement plans, fiduciary obligations, and employee benefits regulations preferred
• Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
• Excellent academic credentials
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required
• Georgia bar admission required or ability to become admitted
