:ERP Accounting Support Specialist
North Texas (Onsite)
$70,000 - $75,000 with Full Benefits
We're looking for a dynamic and driven professional to join our team in a unique hybrid role combining accounting expertise and ERP product support. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with both numbers and people-supporting clients, training users, and helping drive adoption of a specialized ERP solution (PAS).
What You'll Do
- Support clients using the accounting functions within a specialized ERP system (PAS)
- Provide general product support and troubleshooting
- Lead and participate in team and client-facing meetings
- Train users on ERP functionality and best practices
- Assist with user testing (UAT) and system improvements
- Represent the company at industry trade shows and events
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of accounting experience (small to mid-size company preferred)
- Hands-on experience with an ERP system
- Understanding of the month-end close process
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Exposure to project coordination or basic project management
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (Required)
Key Skills
- ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Sage, Epicor, or similar)
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong communication (written & verbal)
- Organization and project coordination
