ERP Analyst - Full-Time - Springfield, MO
Are you an experienced IT professional with strong ERP support and SQL reporting skills? Penmac Staffing is seeking a full-time ERP Analyst for a reputable Springfield-area manufacturer. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, data analysis, system administration, and helping users maximize business technology solutions.Requirements for the ERP Analyst
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or 4-5 years of applicable IT experience
- Experience supporting ERP systems and business applications
- Strong SQL reporting, data analysis, and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with users and third-party vendors
- Experience with IBM iSeries/AS400 environments preferred; RPG programming is a plus
ERP Analyst Responsibilities
- Provide user support, software troubleshooting, training coordination, and vendor support communication
- Create SQL reports, extract and validate data, and assist users with data imports and exports
- Maintain business forms, dashboards, user profiles, system security, and application access
- Monitor and maintain ERP, MES, and WMS systems, databases, test environments, and documentation
- Manage scheduled Robot jobs, verify system backups, restore archived data, and coordinate off-hours technical support
ERP Analyst Technical Environment
- Infor ERP-LX, IDF, and Webtop
- Crossroads MES, Touchpath WMS, and ACT CRM
- SQL Reporting and Compleo Document Processing
- IBM i, Windows 11, Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace
- Help Systems Robot, barcode printers, scanners, and related hardware
