Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a local point of contact for assisting users with questions, training and reporting needs, technical issues, and improvement ideas.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of part numbers and SKUs.
• Champion integrated processes, streamlined data flows, and value creation across the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure ERP system aligns with business processes and goals.
• Identify and implement ERP system improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide technical support and training to ERP system users.
• Assist in regular system audits to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Work closely with the IT team to troubleshoot and resolve ERP system issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a relevant field. We are willing to consider related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with at ERP in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience working with Deltek ERP is required.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, including data management, reporting, and system configuration.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Strong team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
