Summary:
Applies functional knowledge to design and customization of SAP ERP application to meet manufacturing production operations requirements.
Analyzes production operations business processes and procedures for improvement and system applicability.
Performs gap analysis and system re-engineering of SAP activities for manufacturing operations.
Authors functional specifications for enhancements, conversions, and integrations between SAP ERP and PLM (Team Center) and MES (Apriso) systems.
Performs system design, development, configuration, and unit testing for SAP implementation phases including blueprint, configuration, testing, and production support.
Develops training documentation and scripts using SAP methodologies for end-user community.
Manages Master Data including Material Masters, Work Centers, MBOMs, Task Lists (Routings, Ref Op Sets, General Maintenance Task Lists), and Change Masters.
Manages Order Data including Production Orders, Refurbishment Orders, and Network Orders.
Performs Order Functionality including Order Release, Order Splits, Order Confirmations, Order Scraps, Order Cancellations, Order Date Revisions, Line Rejects, Part Number Rolls, and Major Component Swaps.
Works with ABAP developers to design and standardize customized functional solutions.
Requirements:
Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
5+ years of experience with SAP Master Data in one or more of: Material Masters, Work Centers, MBOMs, Task Lists (Routings, Ref Op Sets, General Maintenance Task Lists), or Change Masters.
5+ years of experience with SAP Order Data in one or more of: Production Orders, Refurbishment Orders, or Network Orders.
5+ years of experience with SAP Order Functionality in one or more of: Order Release, Order Splits, Order Confirmations, Order Scraps, Order Cancellations, Order Date Revisions, Line Rejects, Part Number Rolls, or Major Component Swaps.
Experience authoring functional specifications based on customer requirements.
Experience working with ABAP developers to design and standardize customized functional solutions.
Experience working with SAP integration to PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) and MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems).
Experience in Aerospace and Defense manufacturing operations.
Experience facilitating data-driven decisions and applying support and project management skills to operational business needs.
