Qualifying Questions:

Summary: 

• Analyzes production operations business processes and procedures for improvement and system applicability.

• Performs gap analysis and system re-engineering of SAP activities for manufacturing operations.

• Authors functional specifications for enhancements, conversions, and interfaces between SAP ERP and Team Center PLM and Apriso MES systems.

• Performs system design, development, configuration, and unit testing for SAP implementation phases including blueprint, configuration, testing, and production support.

• Develops training documentation and scripts using SAP methodologies for end-user community.

• Manages Master Data including Material Masters, Work Centers, MBOMs, Task Lists (Routings, Ref Op Sets, General Maintenance Task Lists), and Change Masters.

• Manages Order Data including Production Orders, Refurbishment Orders, and Network Orders.

• Performs Order Functionality including Order Release, Order Splits, Order Confirmations, Order Scraps, Order Cancellations, Order Date Revisions, Line Rejects, Part Number Rolls, and Major Component Swaps.

• Works with ABAP developers to design and standardize customized functional solutions.

• Integrates SAP ERP with PLM (Team Center) and MES (Apriso) systems.

Requirements:

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).

• 5+ years of experience with SAP Master Data including Material Masters, Work Centers, MBOMs, Task Lists (Routings, Ref Op Sets, General Maintenance Task Lists), and Change Masters.

• 5+ years of experience with SAP Order Data including Production Orders, Refurbishment Orders, and Network Orders.

• 5+ years of experience with SAP Order Functionality including Order Release, Order Splits, Order Confirmations, Order Scraps, Order Cancellations, Order Date Revisions, Line Rejects, Part Number Rolls, and Major Component Swaps.

• Experience authoring functional specifications based on customer requirements.

• Experience working with ABAP developers to design and standardize customized functional solutions.

• Experience facilitating data-driven decisions.

• Ability to apply support, project management skills, and functional knowledge to meet operational business needs.
