Your main responsibility will be to ensure the smooth functioning of the organization’s enterprise resource planning system by utilizing industry-leading practices. This comprehensive role involves installing, configuring, and updating the system, while also providing vital support for third-party integrations critical for operational efficiency. You'll play a pivotal role in coordinating change management, handling user service requests, creating custom SQL reports, and managing system security, such as user authentication and access control. Your task will include developing business forms, maintaining test environments, assisting in data manipulation, and overseeing the organization's analytical dashboards and job scheduling operations. Furthermore, you'll ensure that the backup processes are executed successfully and will restore critical data as necessary. Your talents in communication and problem-solving will be crucial in troubleshooting ERP software issues and working collaboratively with technical support resources. Essential qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a related IT field or equivalent experience, proficiency with SQL, and strong interpersonal skills. Experience with ERP-LX systems, and knowledge of specific software tools, such as Infor LX, Touchpath, and Google Apps, is essential. A background in RPG programming is a plus.
