Pay: $80,000-$95,000 per year
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Penmac Staffing is seeking an experienced ERP Analyst for a full-time opportunity with a manufacturing company in the Springfield, Missouri area. This position supports and maintains enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, assists users, develops reports, manages system security, and ensures business applications run efficiently. The ideal candidate will have strong ERP experience, SQL reporting skills, and a passion for solving technical issues while supporting end users.Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field required
- Experience supporting ERP systems in a manufacturing environment
- Strong SQL experience for reporting, data analysis, and data validation
- Excellent troubleshooting, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with users, vendors, and technical teams
- Experience with system administration, user security, and change management processes
- Business skills to work with software vendors, licensing, and service providers
- RPG programming experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Maintain, configure, upgrade, and support the company's ERP system following industry best practices
- Support end users by answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating software training
- Create ad hoc reports and analyze business data using SQL
- Manage user accounts, profiles, authentication, and application security permissions
- Create and maintain business forms utilizing Compleo
- Maintain software test environments and assist with system upgrades and testing
- Support data imports, exports, validation, and maintenance activities
- Maintain analytical dashboards, system views, subsets, and reporting tools
- Monitor, schedule, and maintain automated Robot jobs and report distribution processes
- Organize and maintain system documentation, procedures, scripts, and technical records
- Ensure IBM iSeries backups are completed successfully and restore archived data as needed
- Coordinate with software support providers and outside technical resources
- Support integrated business applications including ERP, MES, WMS, CRM, and reporting platforms
- Assist with off-hours support and system maintenance activities when required
