Summary: 

• Serves as the IT Business Analyst for Customer Sell-Off and DD250 processes in support of aerospace and defense contractual delivery requirements.

• Partners with SAP Transportation Management and Logistics Execution teams to design integrated workflows between production, quality, and transportation systems.

• Defines and documents functional requirements for DD250 data capture, approval, and digital transmission.

• Supports integration testing, data validation, and audit compliance related to government sell-off and delivery documentation.

• Collaborates with Quality Assurance, Program Management, and Export and Trade Compliance to align process and data standards.

• Ensures traceability and accuracy of serialized deliveries from production order completion through government acceptance.

• Utilizes Jira and Focused Build to manage requirements, user stories, and backlog prioritization.

• Leads functional reviews and design walkthroughs with technical developers and business stakeholders.

• Applies functional knowledge to design and customization of SAP application to meet company's requirements.

• Writes functional requirements, develops test plans, and works with production issues.

Requirements:

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).

• Experience with Customer Sell-Off and DD250 government delivery processes.

• Experience with SAP Transportation Management (TM) and Logistics Execution (LE) integrations.

• Experience defining and documenting functional requirements for data capture and digital transmission.

• Experience with integration testing, data validation, and audit compliance for government sell-off.

• Experience with serialized delivery tracking from production order completion through government acceptance.

• Experience managing requirements and user stories using Jira and Focused Build.

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA configuration and integration.

• Knowledge of aerospace and defense quality assurance and compliance standards.

• Experience partnering with Quality Assurance, Program Management, and Trade Compliance teams.
