Kforce has a client that is seeking an ERP Business Analyst in West Palm Beach, FL.

Overview

This position involves assessing, designing, developing, integrating, and troubleshooting technology to support business processes. This role provides technical or functional guidance to project or work teams across various disciplines. This position is responsible for the reliability, performance, security, and continuity of IT systems, ensuring excellent technical support services are provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Implementing and configuring SAP application enhancements • Identifying opportunities to leverage SAP functionality for improved business processes • Delivering end-user support

The role requires collaboration with project managers, ERP Managers, IT teams, and business representatives to stay informed of operational issues, initiatives, and strategies impacting SAP.

Responsibilities

Analyzing and designing systems Developing, testing, and debugging existing or new systems Applying appropriate Agile methodologies, system development lifecycles, tools, and technology for managing development activities Automating the handoff of code releases from development to operations DevOps Participating in change management and service ticket management processes to ensure customer satisfaction through effective resolution monitoring Leading projects when required and developing a strong understanding of the solutions being delivered Understanding ISU Financial Billing and Invoicing processes and backend job functionality Comprehending the treatment of payments and balances within the system Ensuring user satisfaction by providing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and timely resolution of complex issues Designing, developing, and testing experimental applications to explore new ideas within bounded cost and time frames
