The ERP & Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for supporting and improving the company’s ERP system, creating custom reports and dashboards, analyzing business and financial data, and assisting management with data-driven decision-making. This position also provides secondary support for Peakboard manufacturing dashboards and general IT support needs, including computer setup, printer troubleshooting, and basic user support. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to work across departments including production, quality, finance, purchasing, sales, and management.
